1. Do you export venomous species?

Yes, we export certain venomous reptiles to countries where it is legally permitted. All exports comply with CITES and local wildlife authority regulations. A valid import permit is required on the buyer’s end.

2. What animals do you currently have available?

Our inventory changes regularly. Please contact us directly for our current stock list of reptiles, mammals, amphibians, invertebrates, and birds.

3. Can I visit your Reptile House in person?

Yes! Visits are available by appointment only to ensure safety and a guided experience. Reach out to schedule your visit.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we export worldwide—depending on the destination country’s import laws. We handle all export paperwork and ensure animals are shipped safely via IATA-compliant methods.

5. Are your animals captive-bred or wild-caught?

We work with both captive-bred and legally sourced wild specimens. All animals are health-checked and meet export standards before shipment.

6. What licenses or documents are required for import?

Importing live animals typically requires CITES permits, health certificates, and import permits (depending on the species and country). We guide our clients through the paperwork process.

7. How are the animals transported?

All animals are packed in secure, species-appropriate containers and shipped under temperature-controlled conditions in accordance with IATA Live Animal Regulations.

8. Do you sell to individuals or only businesses and institutions?

We sell to both, depending on the species and your country’s regulations. Some animals—especially venomous species—are only available to licensed facilities or professionals.

9. Can I place a custom or bulk order?
